Delivery conditions & shipping costs

Domestic shipping (Germany): 
For insurance reasons, shipping is only carried out in full 6, 12 or 18 packs. Per package 8,50€ shipping costs are incurred. From 12 bottles on the shipping is free of charge. 

Shipping foreign countries:

For insurance reasons, shipping is only possible in full 6, 12 or 18 packs. In the shopping cart you can see in how many packages the order will be shipped.

Zone 1 (Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, France, Luxembourg)

Orders will incur 19,50€ shipping costs per package.

Zone 2 (Finland, Ireland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania)

Orders will incur 24,50€ shipping costs per package.

Zone 3 (United Kingdom)

Orders will incur 27,50€ shipping costs per package.

For shipping to any not listed countries, please contact us by email, specifying the country and the wines you wish to order. 

Damage in transit must be reported immediately by the recipient to the transport company (post office or forwarding agent).

Terms of payment

For new customers we only accept advance payment! After the order you will receive an invoice from us, the goods will be shipped after full payment.

For existing customers the purchase on account is possible.

Protection of minors

We would like to point out that according to the regulations of the law for the protection of young people we do not sell wine to young people under 16 years of age. Other alcoholic beverages & especially spirits are not sold to young people under 18 years. The buyer expressly confirms, with the submission of the order, that he/she is of the required age according to the law for the protection of minors. We reserve the right to demand proof of age (e.g. copy of identity card) for new customers.
