It is done, the 2019 harvest is in the cellar. After 4 long and exhausting weeks all grapes are pressed and the must is stored in the cellar. All in all we are very satisfied with the 2019 vintage.
A big thank-you goes to the whole harvest team, who gave everything outside despite partly bad weather, as well as to our hard-working helpers in the cellar and to Max Strobel for the great pictures.
