Today, some of the 2019 wines have found their way into the bottle. Bottling is always a great moment for us. The long process of winemaking comes to an end here. Since bud break, we have nurtured the vines and later the grapes. For more than half a year we have tried to do the right thing in the cellar to produce unique wines, so it is understandable that the excitement is great at the end. So it is always nice to hold the finished product in our hands and to taste it.
